Our Paid Media Specialist position could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our digital demand generation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, testing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and Video Advertising, Programmatic Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Create targeted alignment of these channels with tailored messaging for different stages of the buyer journey to optimize lead generation and brand awareness. You’ll play a crucial role in driving conversions and supporting our global marketing efforts through targeted paid media strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Create and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary initial focus on Google Ads
Develop and implement targeting strategies for global, regional and specific audiences
Set up accurate tracking and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversions and ROI
Manage and allocate budget across different paid media channels
Create compelling ad copy and partner with the creative team to develop effective advertising visuals
Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and upsell/retain current customers
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5+ years’ experience in a Paid Media role or similar. Preferably in a B2B SaaS company
Hands-on experience in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, including campaign creation, management, and optimization
Familiarity with other paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, geo location targeting and retargeting tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in setting up conversion tracking and generating performance reports
Knowledge of best practices in paid search, display, and social media advertising
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Proactive approach to campaign optimization and performance improvement
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they interact with paid media
