Our Head of Digital Demand Generation could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As Head of Digital Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to create and execute strategic global demand generation initiatives that target our key audiences, drive product awareness, and contribute to the overall success of our Data Protection SaaS offering. You will be a hands-on leader, driving pipeline and revenue growth through best-in-class demand generation tactics, campaigns, execution, and measurement. You will partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing to set the vision for compelling multi-year demand generation strategies, content and other offerings mapped to key buyer personas across their lifecycle including acquisition, retention, and expansion.

What You’ll Do:
Strategy Development (SaaS-Specific): Develop and implement digital demand generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives, target markets, and customer segments.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, content syndication, and other relevant platforms.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content assets, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, videos, and infographics, to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
Website Optimization: Oversee website optimization efforts to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and drive conversion rates. Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to automate lead nurturing processes, track campaign performance, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives and improve ROI.
Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, showcasing the impact of demand generation efforts on pipeline and revenue.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content development, to ensure alignment and coordination of demand generation activities with overall marketing and sales strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve desired results within specified timelines and budget constraints.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and demand generation. Implement innovative approaches and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience developing and implementing global digital demand generation strategies for all customer segments, with experience targeting commercial/mid-market segments
Comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer acquisition funnels, and selling motions within channel/partner programs
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce
Proficient with digital marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as: Webflow, Marketo, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Ads, Canva, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Jira and more
Analytical mindset with experience developing reports & delivering presentations to leadership teams
Experience partnering with agencies, vendors and developers to drive, monitor and report on digital efforts
Empathetic leader with strong execution skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Comfortable presenting in front of others
