Thomas Frost is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service escalation and support roles. Currently serving as a Service Escalation Engineer at HybrIT Services since September 2016, Thomas has held various positions including IT Service Desk Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, and Service Desk Team Leader.
