Ryan Klepps is a seasoned executive in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Second Door Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Procurement Partners from September 2022 to November 2023 and held the position of Vice President of Operations at WebPT from May 2017 to May 2022, a company associated with Warburg Pincus. Ryan co-founded Strive Labs, Inc., where as COO from April 2011 to May 2017, significant advancements were made in Patient Relationship Management within physical therapy, leading to the company's acquisition by WebPT. Ryan holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University, completing education there between 2006 and 2012.
