Ilona Sroka has a diverse range of work experience. In 2018, they worked as an English Teacher at C2 Children Bookstore. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at edrone, where they started as a Lead Generation Specialist, then became a Sales Development Representative, and later served as the Interim International Sales Development Team Leader. In 2023, they joined hybe.io as a Business Development Manager and later became the Sales Operations Lead.

Ilona Sroka completed their Master's degree in Laws in China Studies at Shanghai International Studies University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Chinese Language at East China Normal University from 2018 to 2019. In 2014 to 2017, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Krakow University of Economics. Additionally, they received certification in edrone Fundamentals from edrone in April 2021.
