Margaret Egan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in global real estate and development within the hospitality industry. Since October 2003, Margaret has held various positions at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this role, Margaret worked at DLA Piper from 1996 to 2003 in multiple capacities, including Associate and Senior Counsel, focusing on commercial litigation, franchising, and distribution. Additionally, Margaret served as Attorney Adviser in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from January 2001 to January 2002. Margaret holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
