James O'Brien is a Software Engineer at HPR (Hyannis Port Research) since May 2022, following a role as a Software Engineering Intern. Prior experience includes a Prime Services Technology Intern at Scotiabank and a Student Instructor at Juni Learning. James served as Outreach Manager for the Cornell University Glee Club, overseeing events for the club's 150th anniversary, and interned in Civil and Environmental Engineering at LANDTECH Consultants, Inc., where design and project management tasks were key responsibilities. Additional roles include tutoring through Top Hat Tutors and founding Workshop Garden Technologies, a non-profit focused on advanced agriculture education. An internship at the American Museum of Natural History contributed to research and development in exhibition content. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University.
