Michael Hanish has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael started their career in 1986 as a National Account Manager at American Consumer Products, where they worked until 1999. Michael then joined Jingles Key Centers in 2003 as a Sales and Service Associate, and later moved on to Middlefield City, where they served as a Sexton from 1996 to 2010. In 1999, Hanish joined Hy-Ko Products Company as a Global Accounts Manager and later became the Director of Retail Operations in 2013. Currently, they are employed as a Retail Operations Specialist at Midwest Fastener Corp.

Michael Hanish attended Kent State University from 1981 to 1983, where they studied CEU, CPM, and ARM Business Management. Michael also attended ETI-Cleveland in 1981 and 1982, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, they have had experience at the American Management Association, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
