Richard "Spots" Sposato is an experienced aviation professional and test program manager, currently serving as a Test Engineer with HX5, LLC since December 2020, focusing on air-to-ground precision guided munitions software for various military aircraft. Since May 2015, Sposato has held the position of 757/767 First Officer at United Airlines, engaging in international and domestic commercial operations. Previous experience includes instructing pilots for the F-15SA at Mohawarean International Group and a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2014, where Sposato excelled in multiple roles related to F-15 operations and training, including serving as Command Chief Pilot and leading various operational and evaluation programs. Sposato holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
