Raissa Sciarrone serves as an Associate Director at HWF Partners since January 2022, having previously held positions as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from July 2018 to January 2022 and as a Trainee Lawyer at Clifford Chance from May 2017 to July 2018, specializing in Corporate M&A and ECM. Prior experience includes internships with LUISS Business School as a teaching assistant and in the Banking and Finance department at CMS Legal Services. Raissa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Luiss Guido Carli University and is currently a Visiting Scholar in Bankruptcy Law at Harvard University. Additional educational pursuits include studies at Singapore Management University and the Scuola per le Politiche Pubbliche, as well as participation in the National and World Model United Nations.
