Ruxanda Varta has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and laboratory settings. Ruxanda started as a Receptionist at Dr. Victoria Style Dent's clinic in 2017, where they scheduled appointments and updated patient records. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee Dental Nurse, assisting dentists and dental nurses during treatments. In 2019, they had a role as a Trainee Nurse in the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care department at the Emergency Medicine Institute, where they observed surgeries and provided post-operative care under nurse supervision.

In 2020, Ruxanda had two roles: as a Social Media Coordinator for Dr. Victoria Style Dent, managing the clinic's social media accounts and presenting dental cases for public health education; and as an On-Call A&E Doctor Internship at The Online Hospital by Medifine Education, shadowing doctors and participating in mock procedures.

Ruxanda Varta completed their education at two prestigious institutions. Ruxanda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences (BSc Hons) from King's College London, where they enrolled from 2018 to 2021. Subsequently, they pursued their Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Westminster, graduating in 2023. Additionally, Ruxanda received a certification in First Aid at Work from STS First Aid in October 2021.
