Rob Courtney currently serves as the Assistant Manager at Huws Gray since October 2021, following an extensive career with Huws Gray Ridgeons Ltd that began in October 2004. During this tenure, Rob has held various roles including Customer Service Team Leader and Warehouse Transport Supervisor, focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences and managing a busy Distribution Centre servicing multiple branches. Rob also has experience as a Customer Service Supervisor and Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Graphic Design from West Suffolk College and GCSEs from Hedingham Comp, with a grade C in Mathematics and qualifications in English Language and Literature.
