Dr. B. Joe Dedrickson is a seasoned veterinarian with extensive experience in the beef cattle sector, currently serving as a Senior Veterinarian at HUVEPHARMA, INC since July 2017. Dr. Dedrickson provides technical support for sales and marketing, alongside field support for R&D studies, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. Previous roles include Director of Field Large Animal Veterinary Services at Merial, where responsibilities mirrored current duties, and Field Technical Services for Ruminants at Rhone-Poulenc/Alpharma. Dr. Dedrickson also owned and managed a veterinary practice in Nebraska from 1975 to 1985. A member of various professional organizations, including the AAIV and AABP, Dr. Dedrickson possesses a BS, DVM, and PhD in Veterinary Science from Kansas State University, supplemented by a Beef Cattle Production Medicine Certification from the University of Nebraska.
