Joyce Penning has extensive experience in payroll administration and human resources, currently serving as Salarisadministrateur, P&O-medewerker, and inhuuradministrateur at ECT since January 2006. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as a Salarisadministrateur at Sint Franciscus Gasthuis from March 2003 to January 2006. Joyce’s career began at W&R, where responsibilities included Salarisadministrateur and boekhouder from July 1992 to July 2002. Joyce has a solid educational background in Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie, with studies at Markus Verbeek Praehep from 1990 to 1994, and completed an earlier education at MEAO Voorne Putten from 1987 to 1990.
