Melissa Salem is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Corporate HR Director for North America at Hutchinson since October 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at PennEngineeringĀ® from April 2023 to September 2024, and spent nearly nine years at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where titles included HR Manager and Human Resources Leader. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Paralegal in litigation and mortgage banking at Flagstar Bank and Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki and Berg, P.C., as well as at Peter J. Lucido, P.C. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Walsh College and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Sociology and Legal Studies from Central Michigan University.
