Marcin Szal is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations planning, currently serving as the Purchasing and Planning Manager at FIBRAIN since September 2020. In this role, Marcin oversees teams of planners across multiple locations, integrates planning applications, and reorganizes the planning department for enhanced efficiency. Previously, Marcin held the position of Supply Chain Manager at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, managing a large team and being accountable for logistics, production planning, and supplier relationships. With earlier roles including Procurement and Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager, Marcin has successfully led various initiatives, contributed to substantial improvements in planning processes, and developed team competencies. Marcin holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski and additional education from Politechnika Rzeszowska and Collegium Humanum.
