Diane Lee, C.P.A., C.S.E.P., Vice-Chairman of the Board and Board Treasurer, a lifelong resident of Hutchinson. She holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the state of Kansas. She was a partner in the firm of Bartlett Settle and Edgerle of Hutchinson, and became a principal in the firm of Swindoll Janzen Hawk and Loyd in 2012 when the two firms merged. She has more than 40 years of service in the accounting profession. She serves on private company boards. She has been very active in community organizations including current treasurer of the Delos V. Smith Senior Citizens Foundation, past treasurer of the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce, past chair of the Hutchinson Hospital Corporation and Foundation, past treasurer of the Reno County Historical Society, past director of the Hutchinson Community Foundation. Diane has professional affiliations as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA), where she is a past member of the board of directors, and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with a major in Accounting from Wichita State University. Diane has three adult children. Some of her favorite leisure time pursuits are hiking, gardening and travel to visit friends and family.
