Jodi Justice has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jodi currently holds the position of Director of Finance & HR at Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings LLC, a role they have been in since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Financial Controller & HR Manager at the same company from January 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings LLC, Jodi worked at Nihilent, a global consulting and services company. At Nihilent, they held various roles including Controller and Human Resources Manager. As the Controller, Jodi was responsible for setting up the company, managing accounting offices, and handling financial reporting. Jodi also played a crucial role in establishing human resource policies, developing the company handbook, and setting up benefit programs.

Jodi also has experience in roles involving both finance and human resources at Mid Continent Engineering, Veloce Group, LLC, GCI Systems, and Concord Wilshire Companies. Additionally, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Osterman API.

Throughout their career, Jodi has demonstrated expertise in financial management, establishing policies and precedents, managing vendor and banking negotiations, transitioning software systems, and mentoring teams.

Jodi Justice earned an Associates-Cum Laude degree in Accounting from Monroe County Community College from 1984 to 1990. Jodi previously graduated from Whitmer High School in 1977, with a focus on Business.
