Francis Paul has extensive work experience in finance and accounts management. Francis started their career in 1987 as an Accounts Officer at Banjara Cements Limited. Francis then worked as an Accounts Officer at KLJ Plastics Limited until 1991. From 1991 to 1996, they served as the Manager - Accounts at Walden Booklinks Private Limited. Following that, they worked as the Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance at Sun Floricult Biotech Private Limited from 1996 to 1997. Paul then joined SQL Star International Limited as the Deputy General Manager Finance & Accounts, where they worked from 1997 to 2014. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Husys Consulting Limited since 2015, where they played a key role in the company's conversion into a Public Limited company and subsequent listing on the NSE SME Growth Platform.

Francis Paul completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from Osmania University between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Advance Accountancy & Taxation at Dr. Ambedkar Degree College in Hyderabad from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, they attained a degree in Company Secretary with a specialization in Corporate Affairs from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1987, with no specified end year.
