Hal Peterson serves as an Advisory Council Member at Texas Methodist Foundation since January 2014 and has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at Huston-Tillotson University since June 2018. As Chair of the Endowment Committee at Tarrytown United Methodist Church since January 2007, Hal provides leadership and strategic direction for the Endowment. Hal is the Managing Principal at Mission Hill Advisors, LLC, an independent Registered Investment Advisor serving various clients since April 2017. Previous roles include Managing Principal at Columbia Pacific Wealth Management and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Seton Healthcare Family. Hal chaired the Board of Governors and Investment Committee at Austin Community Foundation from 2007 to 2018. Hal also founded Castle Hill Advisors, LLC, and contributed to the Master of Science in Finance Advisory Council at the McCombs School of Business. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and a CIMA designation from The Wharton School.
