Anders Lunnbäck has extensive work experience in operations, manufacturing, and management roles. Anders is currently working as the Vice President of Global Operations at Husqvarna Construction since April 2023.
Prior to this, Anders held various leadership positions at Flint Group from May 2020 to April 2023. Anders served as the Global Manufacturing Director NW, Managing Director of Flint Group Sweden AB, and Plant Manager at the Mother plant in Trelleborg. In these roles, Anders was responsible for manufacturing operations, production planning, maintenance, quality control, and implementing various initiatives to improve safety, diversity, efficiency, sustainability, and employee satisfaction. Anders successfully completed several projects, including automation, digitalization, and machinery CAPEX projects.
Before joining Flint Group, Anders worked at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2019. Anders held positions as an Engagement Manager, Associate, and Junior Associate, leading large operations projects and transformations in various industries, including automotive and pharmaceuticals. Anders'sprojects focused on sales and operations planning, aftermarket excellence, factory automation, governance design, and industry 4.0.
Anders also gained experience as an SCM and Manufacturing Consultant at Triathlon Consulting Group from 2012 to 2014, working with global industrial companies on manufacturing excellence, operations IT, merger and acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
Anders'searlier work experience includes summer jobs at Ericsson in order handling and capacity planning in 2011 and project employment at Saab AB, Aeronautics, in strategic sourcing in the same year.
Anders started their career as a Squad Leader in the mechanized infantry at Försvarsmakten from 2006 to 2007, where they were responsible for leading an infantry squad in combat vehicle operations.
