Diana Cetares, CPA, is an experienced audit professional currently serving as Audit Senior Manager at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C., a position held since July 2016, having also been an Audit Manager and Audit Supervisory Senior within the firm. With earlier roles including Private Equity Accountant at Southern Asset Service Corporation and Senior Auditor in various capacities at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, Diana has demonstrated expertise in preparing financial statements, managing assurance engagements, and fostering client relationships. In addition, prior to their accounting career, Diana contributed as a Bilingual Teacher, impacting the academic achievements of first-generation Hispanic students. Diana holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from Southern Methodist University and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting Control Systems and Finance from the University of North Texas.
