James Mundschau has a strong background in engineering and project management. James started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 1998 as a Design Engineer and worked there until 2000. After that, they joined HUSCO International, where they held various roles including Design Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Director - Business, and finally Vice President Sales & Marketing, a position they currently hold.

James Mundschau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the period from 1993 to 1998. James also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Marquette University from 2001 to 2003.
