Jean Napol has over two decades of experience in the financial industry. They currently hold the position of Director of Operations at Hurricane Capital, a role they started in May 2021. Prior to this, Jean served as a Senior Operations Analyst at EastBay Asset Management LLC from September 2016 to February 2021. Other notable positions include OTC Derivative Operations at Fortress Investment Group from August 2013 to August 2016, Hedge Fund Operations Associate at Diamondback Capital from October 2008 to December 2011, and Senior Operations Analyst at DKR Oasis Capital from August 2007 to October 2008. Jean has also held positions such as Senior Operations Associate at Greywolf Capital Management LP, Operations Associate at DKR Capital, Sales Assistant at Smith Barney, and various roles at GE, specializing in short-term cash and municipal & corporate bonds.

Jean Napol earned a BBA degree in Finance from the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
