Robert (Bob) Taylor is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the coatings and private equity industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Valentus Specialty Chemicals, Inc. since March 2015, Taylor has held significant leadership roles, including President & General Manager at various divisions of AkzoNobel, managing multi-billion dollar businesses in decorative, marine, and industrial coatings. Previous positions include President & CEO of Global Coating Consultants LLC and COO at Lilly Industries. With a strong background in strategic management and operational excellence, Taylor has also contributed to advisory boards, including Frontier Protection Worldwide, Ltd. and MotorSports Aftermarket Group, Inc. Academically, Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Management from the University of Louisville and is enrolled in the International Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
