Melissa Rickli, M. Ed., is an experienced instructional designer currently working with Zwicker & Associates, P.C. and HurixDigital, where responsibilities include designing engaging e-learning modules and assessing training materials for effectiveness. Previous roles include serving as an instructor and executive function coach at Beyond BookSmart, where instructional design principles were applied to create interactive learning experiences, and as a curriculum developer, team lead, and educator at Humble ISD, impacting approximately 5,000 learners annually. Additional experience includes teaching as an adjunct professor at Lee College and mentoring new educators at Huffman ISD. Melissa is also a best-selling author in the self-help genre and co-owned an excavation company, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in literacy and applied instructional design.
