Melissa M. has gained extensive experience in technical support and training roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Training Support Specialist and Product Support Specialist at Huntress since December 2022, Melissa previously worked at Datto Inc. as a Blue Technical Support Expert - L1 and Technical Support Expert from October 2020 to December 2022. Melissa began career activities at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a cashier, contributing to customer service during peak holiday seasons.
