Brooks Fetters is currently a Trustee at Huntington University and was previously the Chief Marketing and Development Officer at Pathfinder Services from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, Brooks was the Mayor of the City of Huntington Indiana from January 2012 to January 2020. During their time as Mayor, Brooks was responsible for leading 13 departments and 132 employees to serve the human needs of citizens. Brooks also focused on continuous improvement efforts on operational processes which led to the reinvestment of $2.5 million in annual savings from operational budgets to capital improvement budgets for all departments. Additionally, they achieved operational budget surpluses for 8 consecutive years while developing and maintaining prudent cash reserves in critical municipal fund accounts. Under Brooks' leadership, the City of Huntington experienced unprecedented economic development growth with 62 economic development attraction, retention and expansion projects, which resulted in private investment totaling $173,984,634. These investments and collaborative efforts produced a commitment of 1175 net new jobs while retaining 7,598 jobs.
Brooks Fetters has a Masters of Christian Ministry from Huntington University, a Diploma in Mortuary Science from Mid-America College of Funeral Service, and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Huntington University.
