Tiffanney Drummond's work experience includes serving as Career & Technical Education Director at Huntington County Community School Corporation since June 2014. Prior to that, they were the C.N.A. Program Director at the same company from August 2011 to June 2014. Before joining Huntington County Community School Corporation, Tiffanney worked as a Registered Nurse at Lutheran Hospital from February 2009 to December 2011.

Tiffanney Drummond completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Communication at Ball State University from 1998 to 2001. Tiffanney then pursued an Associate's Degree in Nursing at Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2006 to 2008. In 2011, they obtained a Workplace Specialist License in Health Occupations Teacher Education from Ball State University. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Career & Technical Education from Ball State University from 2014 to 2016.
