Bridger Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across various companies. Currently serving as Head of HR for North America Supply Chain & Operations at Hunter Douglas, Inc., Bridger oversees HR services for over 8,000 employees across multiple sites in the US and Mexico. Previous positions include Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Fabrication Division at Hunter Douglas, Director of Human Resources at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company, and various HR roles at Honeywell. Bridger holds an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources from Utah State University, as well as a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Utah.
