Joan Oates, SPHR, has extensive experience in training, development, and human resources. Currently serving in a Training & Development role at BloodCenter of Wisconsin since October 2012, Joan Oates also holds the position of Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager at Hunter Business Group, where expertise has been applied since 2005. Prior to this, Joan Oates worked at Hunter Business Group from 1994 to 2002 as a Training Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Joan Oates earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1978 and 1982.
