Rebecca Northrop currently serves as the Affordable Housing Project Director/Manager at BCT Partners since October 2023. With extensive experience, Rebecca has been a Management Consultant and Principal at R.P. Northrop Associates since 1996, providing technical assistance to various government agencies and organizations to enhance operational effectiveness and sustainability. Previously, Rebecca was a Senior Grant Manager at Hunt Guillot & Associates, focusing on HUD CDBG-Mitigation funded programs and developing essential policies and programs for housing recovery. Earlier roles include Deputy Executive Director at the City of Philadelphia's Office of Housing and Community Development and Director of Planning at the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Master of Business Administration in Human Systems/Finance, both from The George Washington University.
