Ryan Bufkin has extensive experience in supply chain management and culinary leadership. Currently serving as a Demand Planner at Hunt Brothers Pizza since March 2023, Ryan previously worked as a Purchasing Specialist at Lumina Foods from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Ryan held multiple roles at Union Square Events, including Associate Director of Purchasing and Senior Manager of Purchasing and Compliance, from May 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, purchasing, receiving, and costing. Ryan also contributed as an Executive Sous Chef/Consultant at Thompson Hotels in late 2013, focusing on menu development and training. Earlier experience includes working as a Sous Chef at Five Leaves from August 2009 to September 2012. Ryan's educational background includes an Online Certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration (2015-2016) and a Culinary Arts/Chef Training degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute (2008-2009).
