Neil Jose Manjooran has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neil Jose started their professional career in 1998, serving in multiple leadership and strategic roles until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Gunnery Officer (Manager) in Fleet Warships. Following that, they served as an Instructor (Manager) at the Navy Officers' Training Center from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they took on the role of Commanding Officer/CEO in a Naval fast attack warship. Neil Jose then joined Navy operational Headquarters in 2013, working as a Staff Officer (Director) until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Commanding Officer/CEO in a Naval amphibious assault warship. In 2017, they became the Director at Naval Headquarters, a role they held until 2020. Most recently, they have been serving as the VP Operations at HungerBox since March 2020.

Neil Jose Manjooran has a diverse education history. In 1994, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Neil Jose later pursued a Master of Science degree in Naval Weapons and Radars from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2005. In 2012, they completed a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Defence from the University of Madras. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, Neil completed a Business Management program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Neil Jose also holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ISEL GLOBAL and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG.
