The Operations Team at HunaTek is responsible for overseeing and managing daily business activities to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across all projects. Led by the Chief Operations Officer, the team includes a Master Scheduler, who coordinates project timelines; Office Management Staff for the Office of the Ombuds, who handle internal communications and grievance redressal; and an IT Project Manager, who supervises the implementation and maintenance of critical information systems. Together, they ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest ethical standards.
