Michael Loushin is a medical doctor and business executive who is currently the Co-Founder & Director at Preceptis Medical. Michael has previously served as the President & CEO of Twin Cities Anesthesia Associates, PC, the Medical Director of Anesthesia at TRIA Orthopedic Center - Woodbury, and as a Board Member of the Anesthesia Patient Safety Editorial Board (American Society of Anestheisologists). Michael has also been an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota, Department of Anesthesiology and the Medical Director of Fairview Maple Grove Surgery Center.

Dr. Michael Loushin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Concordia College before going on to earn their Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Michael then completed an Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Loushin is currently a part of the Emerging Physician Leaders Program at the University of Minnesota.
