Dr. Joyce Tamale (FCCA) currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board at Uganda Reinsurance Company and as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at KCB Bank Uganda. As Co-Founder and CEO of Capital Solutions Ltd since February 2019, Dr. Tamale focuses on supporting social entrepreneurs in Africa with innovative solutions and a social investment fund. Additional board roles include serving on the Board of Humentum and previously on the Board of Uganda Health Marketing Group. Dr. Tamale has held key leadership positions, including Managing Director of Uganda Health Marketing Group and Chairperson of FOWODE, showcasing extensive experience in strategic oversight, financial management, and health care solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Eastern & Southern Management Institute and a master's in public health from Johns Hopkins University, among other credentials in business and marketing. Dr. Tamale has also been recognized with an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration in Finance from SBS Swiss Business School.
