Isabella Galati is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources and culture across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Change & Project Manager at Hume City Council since May 2024, Isabella previously held leadership roles as Director of People & Culture at both the Clean Energy Council and The Lost Dogs' Home. Prior to these positions, Isabella was General Manager of People & Culture at Harness Racing Victoria for over a decade and worked as Manager of Human Resources & Operations at DLA Consulting Group. Educationally, Isabella holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
