Jennifer Schwab is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at HumCap Experts in People since March 2023, Jennifer previously held multiple leadership roles at Pallet Logistics of America, including Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources & Administration, where responsibilities encompassed plant and fleet operations projects, job safety analysis, and inventory management. Jennifer also worked as a Project Manager at ADCom Solutions and held positions in education and project management in earlier roles, including teaching at St. Dominic School and serving as Director of Project Management at ADCom Solutions.
