Martina Lemond Dixon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Manteca Holdings since April 2023 and has been a School Board Trustee for Humble ISD since June 2015, holding various leadership roles including Board President and Chair of multiple committees. Martina is also the Board Chair of Harris Central Appraisal District and a Commissioner for the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Additionally, participation in the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Texas Association of School Boards highlights a commitment to community engagement and governance. Educational credentials include an MBA from Cornell University, a BA in Mass Communications from Auburn University, and an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration from Louisiana State University. Prior experience includes leadership roles in Unicorn Service Solutions, the YMCA, and the American Community School of Abu Dhabi.
