Denzell Garrison is an experienced IT Support Technician currently employed at HumanTouch, LLC since March 2019, where responsibilities include documenting and tracking software and hardware issues, troubleshooting network and server access problems, and providing technical support for various operating systems and applications. Prior to this role, Denzell served as a Help Desk Technician at the Defense Health Agency and as an IT Help Desk Specialist for the Department of Transportation, providing technical assistance to a large user base.
