Tahreem Fatima currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Humantek since November 2021, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. In this role, Tahreem Fatima excels in managing employee benefits, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining employee records. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Coordinator at Prime Public School from December 2012 to August 2016, as well as Assistant HR Coordinator from August 2009 to February 2012. Tahreem Fatima holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology, completed between 2012 and 2014.
