Marion Kosterink has extensive experience in social work, particularly in supporting vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a Zorgregisseur at Humanitas Onder Dak since September 2014, Marion is responsible for conducting intake assessments, managing and coaching guidance trajectories, and overseeing personal caregivers in various supported living contexts. Previously, Marion worked at Humanitas Onder Dak Twente as a Trajectbegeleider, assisting homeless youth and young mothers, and as a Persoonlijk begeleider for homeless adults. Marion's career began as a Flexwerker with Randstad, engaging in various caregiving roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work from Saxion University, a post-graduate degree in Mental Health from Windesheim, and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Open Universiteit. Additionally, Marion holds a coaching certification from Radboud University and a business certificate from Bedrijfsschool HODT.
