Veronica Caputo possesses a diverse range of experience in customer service and counseling, currently serving as a Reservist in the US Navy Reserves since November 2013 and as a Residential Counselor at Humanim since December 2016. Prior roles include serving as a Server at Dave and Busters, where excellent customer service was paramount, and working as a Sales Associate at both Panera Bread and Foot Locker, focusing on customer satisfaction and management tasks. Veronica Caputo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by minors in International Studies and Spanish, obtained from Arcadia University between 2009 and 2013.
