Paul Rush has a diverse background in the executive search and recruitment industry, with a focus on technology and telecommunications. Paul has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting from their position as a Director at Robert Walters in the UK, where they built a team specializing in IT recruitment. Paul then moved to Melbourne, Australia to run the IT recruitment business for the company. Paul later joined Harvey Nash as a Principal Consultant, leading their telecommunications Executive Search business in London. Following their time at Harvey Nash, they joined Talent2 as the TMT Practice Leader, where they successfully grew and led a CIO Practice. Paul then joined Robertson Executive Search as a Partner, responsible for originating and executing executive search assignments. In 2014, they joined Odgers Berndtson as a Partner, where they served as the CIO/CTO/CDO Practice Lead for APAC and the Functional Lead for Telecommunications in Australia. At Odgers Berndtson, Paul was also actively involved in providing thought leadership and speaking at technology leadership forums. Most recently, Paul co-founded Humanico, leveraging their 25 years of experience in assessing people's skills and capabilities to provide innovative people solutions.
Paul Rush attended The Ashcombe from 1982 to 1988. Paul then pursued a BSC degree in Geography at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1988 to 1991.
