Beau Archer, CAWA, serves as the Capital Projects Administrator at Humane Rescue Alliance since March 2020, overseeing facility maintenance, planning, and capital improvement projects. Previously, Beau held key leadership roles at San Diego Humane Society, including Interim Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Animal Welfare, responsible for operations across multiple campuses and managing extensive teams. Earlier experience at Humane Rescue Alliance included positions as Vice President and Director of Strategic Operations, where Beau focused on operational excellence and strategic improvements. Additional roles at The Humane Society of the United States and Animal Haven involved managing advocacy programs and shelter operations. Beau holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies, Geology, and Geography from Vassar College and attended Hunter College.
