Jean Emond is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as a Partner at Humance | Culture & Performance since June 2020. With a career spanning several decades, Jean has held significant leadership positions, including Partner at Camiré & Associés inc. and Senior Vice President of People and Culture at RONA inc., where contributions led to remarkable growth in sales and profits. Previous roles include Vice-president Principal at IST, General Director of Human Resources, and various positions at La Confédération des caisses populaires et d'économie Desjardins du Québec and Alcan.
