Stacy Benson, SPHR, SHRMSCP, currently serves as the Board President for the SHRM of Greater Phoenix, a role commenced in January 2024. With extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, Stacy has held various leadership positions since April 2016 at Humana, including Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management Lead. Prior to Humana, Stacy worked at PetSmart from July 2010 to April 2016 as a Senior Talent Management Consultant, where responsibilities included assessing talent management needs and leading engagement survey strategies. Earlier experience at US Airways spanned over 13 years, culminating as Manager of In-Flight Policies and Procedures, with a focus on staff development and regulatory compliance. Stacy holds an MBA in Leadership from Tiffin University and a BA in Consumer and Family Studies from Kent State University.
