Konstantin Winter is a Science Manager and Executive MBA with over 12 years of experience in research administration and institutional strategy. Currently, they serve as a Scientific Project Manager at Human Technopole and hold the position of Treasurer at GCF - Global Climate Forum e.V., where they previously worked as Head of Administration. Konstantin also has past experience as a Project Manager at Wintershall and as an Executive Assistant to the Director at the Berlin Centre for Caspian Region Studies. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Universität Erfurt and studies in Political Science and International Law at Universitat Jaume I.
