Rob Hill currently serves as the State Director for the Human Rights Campaign in Mississippi, a position held since July 2014. Prior to this role, Rob served as Pastor at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church from June 2005 to June 2014, and at Utica and Carpenter United Methodist Churches from June 2002 to June 2005, where responsibilities included leading, preaching, planning, building, caring, and inspiring congregations. Rob holds a Master of Divinity degree from Duke University (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Mississippi State University (1994-1997).
